Greetings:

	If there is women's news happening which does not appear either in
net.women nor in net.women.only, what is the correct procedure required to
apply to be included in the distribution?  As a newcomer to the net, I'm
having trouble wading through all the flames by men to find the women's news.

	i.e. what questions do I ask to know what questions to ask to
		receive women's news?

	Also, I must ask the mirror image question; how to submit women's news
if same is happening other than in net.women or net.women.only.  I believe it
would be most helpful to post the answers in net.women, but I won't complain
about direct mail.
