In small companies, everybody does a little of everything, and this woman was talking to a customer on the phone one day, and the customer mentioned that he was having a problem with his system. The customer did not want to describe the problem to this woman, though; in his words, "It's a tricky bug; maybe you should let me talk to an engineer." At least he didn't call her "honey" ...
