While visiting an electronics supplier, I discovered on their rack
of SAMS publications a Mac book.  About 1/2 inch thick paperback
for ~$6, filled with pictures and drawings including lots of interior
views of the hardware.  I didn't have time to look at it thoroughly
or buy it, as someone else was in the process of buying it and it was the
last one.  However, I will get one next time I am at a distributor for
SAMS literature.
