We are planning to use "The VLSI designer's Library" written by Newkirk
& Mathews in our VLSI-education. In that concern I have two needs:

- Does anyone have the CIF-code avaiable in machine-readable form (FTP-able)?

- Have anyone done a redesign to get rid of butting-contacts using buried
contacts instead?
