we bought ours from blake, towne, & moffet (or some combination
of those names). they didn't sell it in the 8 1/2 by 11 size so
it cost us extra to have them cut it and wrap it.

[The actual company name is Blake Moffitt & Towne, BMT for short.  I
know that they have offices in most of the large cities on the west
coast but I don't know if they are a regional or a national company.
