  Carnegie-Mellon has recently acquired a Compugraphics 8600 typesetter,
for which we are planning to write a DVI driver.  I would welcome any
help or advice; specifically

  1) Does a DVI-Compugraphics 8600 driver already exist, or is anyone 
     else working on one? 

  2) Has anyone had experiences (good or bad) with this machine?

  3) Are there lessons I should know about that were learned in 
     writing drivers for other high-quality typesetters such as the
     Autologic?
