The mods I made to uucp a little while ago for keeping more reasonable
file permissions seem to work, so /usr/spool/uucp is now open to the
public at last.  Several subdirectories thereof are heavily protected
to retain the privacy of the actual traffic, but the log files and
command files are now viewable.
