Fixed a minor bit of magtape misbehavior that showed up in backups today:
an error in block 0 of the last dump on a multi-dump tape (e.g. the daily
usr+root tape) could cause a rewind, essentially trashing the tape.  The
backup software now uses /dev/nrmt0 for all backups, including the last
one, and does an explicit rewind after it's done.
