Minor hack that's been on the job list for a long time:  kill(1) has
acquired some more mnemonic forms for signal number and processid.
The following are now recognized as alternatives to "-number" for the
signal number:

	-i	interrupt
	-q	quit
	-h	hangup
	-d	dead! (signal 9)
	-c	a signal suitable for causing a core dump (currently SIGIOT)

Also, "all" is a synonym for processid 0, and "universe" for processid -1.
