Spd(8) and lpd(8) now accept `E' as a key character, meaning print a file
with a formfeed at the end.  Spr(1) has been changed to generate this code
for the datafile(s).  It no longer calls for a formfeed before header and
trailer pages.  It also strips all but one trailing newline from the end of
the file, so that a formfeed at the end of the file does not cause a blank
page.  These changes were made to get rid of blank pages that were being
generated by the Sanders.  (These were generated occasionally before the up-
grade, but now the behaviour is consistent.)  We have some hope that this may
eliminate (some of) the page misalignment problems.
