Fixed another bit of magtape misbehavior during backups, something I
accidentally introduced during my last glitch fix (oops...):  because
all backups were being done on /dev/nrmt0, the "Change tapes" message
of a multi-reel backup was not accompanied by a rewind.  Now a backup
is done on /dev/rmt0 if and only if it's the first backup on those
reel(s), with an explicit rewind done if it's the last backup on said
reel(s).
