Minor (very minor) new system resource:  for those of you who are
hardware hackers, /usr/pub/resistors gives the resistor color code
and the "preferred value" sequence for 5%-tolerance resistors.  It's
intended to be nroffed but will be intelligible just catted if you
ignore a few bits of header.
