New C library:  curses(3).  This is the Berkeley screen-management
package.  It has several serious flaws -- it's too low-level, and
the documentation is abysmally bad -- but it's still potentially
useful, and a number of software packages of interest want it.

This is the 4.2BSD version with a number of other bug fixes; many
thanks to Laura for doing the work of putting it together.
