We gave a paper at a conference called "Theory and Practice of Knowledge
Based Systems", which was held 14-16 Sep 82 at Brunel University, which is
*near* London.  The chair of the conference was Dr. Tom Addis, also of
Brunel University.  The conference was sponsored (or approved or whatever)
by ACM, IEEE and SPL International.

I found two addresses.  The first is where the conference was, and (I
believe) the second is where the Computer Science department is:
