Sure, avoid it as long as you can on normal records (if they sound good with just some simple cleaning from the typical products like DiscWasher). But if you have a record that you think you are going to have to throw away because it is dirty enough to become a sandbox for the neighborhood kids, then by all means give this stuff a try! I have brought a few records back to life with LAST, and to me that makes the investment in LAST worthwhile.
