I personally have used 'TUFOIL' another teflon additive for the
crankcase. While I did not see much of a change in the gas
mileage, I definitely noticed a cooler running temperature.
I also noticed that the crankcase oil stayed golden for a
time much longer than it would have without the additive.
Having heard about Slick-50, I am inclined to try it in
the next car I buy !

I used it in my (now sold) 1980 Toyota Corolla, 4sp.
