One time when I was visiting my cousin in Seattle many, many years ago we were waiting in my uncle's car for him to complete some business and my cousin showed me this trick. He pulled the emergency flasher button out just far enough for all of the turnsignals to come on without flashing and then he stomped on the brake pedal. Vola! The radio came on.
