It is a graph showing the nature and extent of international cooperation among a whole slew of car manufacturers. And according to the article, "you haven't seen anything yet!" For example, did you know that GM (along with everybody else) is considering buying Jaguar? Well, since I don't have the magazine with me, I'll just recommend that you read it yourself -- it's very enlightening.
