I'm sorry to say it's not very good. It seems a random collection of interviews, newspaper articles, etc--all filtered through a pair of authoirs who don't write too well, and who have rather standard Sociology Class biases. However, you will see little bits on interviews with Bob Noyce and other biggies; gossip about Steve Jobs & Wozniak, such as their setting up company with Capn Crunch, the blue box manufacturer; photos of Hewlett-Packard's garage, etc. Plus more or less drivelous stuff about how hard SV'ers work, what kind of cars they drive, the Japanese Threat, etc etc. I wouldn't buy it, but I browsed it. Authors names are forgotten (mercifully). But it was Basic Books.
