If you like Burroughs, may I suggest:

   (a)  The Yage Letters
   (b)  The Book of Breeeething   (I may be missing some e's there)
   (c)  The City of the Red Night
   (d)  Burroughs Letters to Allen Ginsberg (good!)

They all have their charm.  Item (c) is perhaps his second-finest
book, behind "Naked Lunch".

There's also a very nice disk with Burroughs, Laurie Anderson,
and John Giorno.  Burroughs reads with a particularaly phlegmy
voice.  Interesting cult object.

As a final question:  the "Red Night" refers to something in
particular, and not what Burroughs claims.  Anybody know?
