At your local public library! If your local branch doesn't have it, they can probably get it for you from an affiliated library. Here in New jersey, most libraries have pretty good county libraries, and the local town libraries have access to those books for you; I believe they also can get them from other county libraries. I'm amazed at how many of my reading friends think the public library is just for their kids.
