It is indeed out, and I have read it.

Brief reveiw:  it is written every bit as well as the first
two, consistent in style and characterization.  Although I
don't like sequels as much as the original as a general rule,
the ending to this one has a surprising and satisfying twist
that makes waiting for it worthwhile.
