	I fixed tip/uucp to work with RVMACS multiline dialer system
and also to permit dialin on the lines. The system uses the ipc socket
facility to coordinate dialin/dialout activity and dialer/modem selection.
I recompiled uucp and tip with the added changes and they have been working
fine for months now. If I get enought requests I will post the sources to
net.sources, otherwise I send sources to whoever requests them.
