Well, thinking out loud, I guess He-Man (I've only seen one episode of the show -- that was enough) could knock Batman's head off with his fancy sword or crush him with a boulder, or, if the cartoon regulation people didn't mind, and if the studio producing He-Man could create a detailed enough version, he could pound Batman's skull into jelly. However, the one instance of the HM show indicated to me that this person has a serious affliction, mentally -- something akin to having a shard of brain lodged in his head. I imagine Batman could set a trap, or run him over with the Batmobile when He-Man wasn't looking, or shoot him (how original!). Maybe he even has a can of Bat-He-Man repellent. Does this discussion seem familiar (i.e. Superman vs. Darth Vader)?
