It is possibly the best adaptation of comic book | characters to the (stupid) limitations Saturday cartoons that I have | yet seen (despite the "cute" dog). Along with the Warner classics | (sometimes mutilated by censors) it is the only show keeping Saturday | tv from being complete drivel. (has anyone seen the Smurfs, Biskets | etc..?) Now if someone could only do some new episodes of "Johnny | Quest" or "Bullwinkle" .. -- Ted Nolan Yes, it is pretty good. Here in Portland Orygun we have a UHF station that plays some really OLD stuff. Spiderman show by Bakshi, then the Spiderman show that WASN'T Bakshi (pretty good!). I have noticed that the Amazing SpiderFriends show has stolen a large number of plots directly from the second show. Incidentally for anyone who hasn't heard, Marvel has a Firestar limited run story in the works. The Hulk show is yet another different universe. Stan Lee voiceovers are even more offensive in this one. However, I would take issue with the objections to the rest of the morning. Get up early enough to see "Dungeons and Dragons" and you'll see some VERY nice characters. Even though they try to tie them into the plastic toy line (yucka). Hutch
