Center, Univ. of Texas at Austin Lines: 12 I had VCR's since '77, Sony Beta and now Panasonic VHS - never had a problem. get your money back is my advice, unless you have a brand and model which is having lots of problems - in which case you should return the machine also and get a reliable one ... and talk to the store owner/manager and ask why he is selling such 'unreliable' merchandise .... and take your business elsewhere .....
