We're thinking of putting up a privacy fence around our back yard.
Being neither long on time nor brawn, we want to have it installed.

My questions: is there a particular time of year when the best bargains
can be had?  Also, are there any long term disadvantages to a stockade
fence, as opposed to cedar?  What percentage of the value of the fence
are we likely to be able to recover in increased resale value of the home?
