I have seen (smelled) one of these in oeration at the home of my
neighbor, who is works for a large Fragrance Company in Monmouth
County (That's where Holmdel is, isn't it?).

The little disk that look like a 45 rpm record is a black-plastic
covered felt pad saturated in chemical.  The player plugs into the
wall for electricity to stimulate (heat) the fragrance into the air.

An automatic, electric, hi-tech incense burner, with modern research
developed incense in popular flavors!
