Most gas lawn mowers don't even have ignition switched you turn
them off by cuting off the fuel supply.  Always remove the plug
wire when doing anything under the mower.  I always stuck it between
the cooling fins on the back there so it wouldn't slide back into
contact with the plug.  As us pilots know:  GROUND THE MAGS BEFORE
TOUCHING THE PROP.
