Having eaten at two of the restaurants of chefs represented
(Fourth Street Grill and The Santa Fe Bar and Grill, both
in Berkeley, by the way) in "The Great Chefs of San Francisco"
I recommend the book highly, even though I haven't cooked
anything from it yet.
