They DID air "Great Chefs of New Orleans" on Saturdays, so I have no idea why this one is treated differently. They have been carrying Earl Peyroux' "Gourmet Cooking" show on Saturdays, though [that's the one from Florida]. Have the "Great Chefs..." series people made any other cities' chefs into a series? I can see it now: "Great Chefs of Boise"... "Waal, furst ya take a woodchuck..." Will
