A new subject: Disgusting ideas in "food"

I was on my way to looking up something in an old cookbook I got
at a garage sale (As far as I can tell, it was for women in small
towns in the 1930's, who belonged to sewing circles and had to make
new and UNIQUE things when the other ladies came to call)
Anyhow, I found a recipe for something called "Brown Bread Ice Cream"
(It was made with grape nuts) and something called
"Corn Flakes Ice Cream"....
