For those of you interested in learning about Thai cooking, and who
live somewhere near Cambridge MA, a workshop will be presented at the
Cambridge Center for Adult Education on Sunday, June 10. The description
you'll find in their catalog reads:

FLAVORS OF THAILAND--Mark Colan, Instructor--THAI Sec. 01
Come enjoy a spicy meal of Thai food! A complete menu will be
presented, similar to the food available in Boston's Thai restaurants.
The feature of this workshop will be a Thai-style curry, with hints to
improvise in hundreds of ways. Thai spices and foods, and their
availability will be discussed. Participants will prepare and enjoy
a meal during the workshop. Limited to 14. 1-4 hour workshop. $24.
Sunday 10:00 AM, June 10, Blacksmith House.
