	Here is a warm weather salad I discovered last summer
	at a BBQ. I don't know if it has a name, but it's
	a nice change from the reqular summer salads.
	Adjust the quantities to suit your group size.

	Toss together:

	1 head lettuce
	1 raw cauliflower, cut up
	1 cup cooked peas
	1/2 lb. crumbled bacon, cooked almost crisp

	Add 1 tsp. sugar and enough Miracle Whip brand salad 
	dressing to lightly coat above ingredients. Chill and
	serve.  This will serve about 15 people.
