A long time ago, (in a city far, far away), I had a timetable for storing
different foods, meats and veggies, cooked and uncooked, refrigerator and
freezer.  I found it very helpful, since I'm not a very good judge of that
sort of thing.  I'm usually either not eating something because I think it's
probably gone bad (while maybe it hasn't), or keeping something forever.

If anyone out there in net.land has a storing timetable, I'd appreciate a
copy.
