You should drink SAKE with sushi or o-sashimi -- although beer is OK.

If you drink enough sake you won't CARE about parasites!

If you are worried about parasites, maybe you should eat fuga sashimi.  This is
the (sometimes more than slightly) toxic sashimi made from blowfish.  I bet the
toxin might be hard on the parasites too.  In any case, the odds of dying from
the blowfish poison are much higher that the odds of dying from parasites --
you won't have to worry.
