I have modified some version of the EDT simulator for emacs to look
like EDTZ19 - the special version of EDT here (at NYU) which uses the
function keys of the Z-19. Alas I do not have the original VT-100
version which came from somewhere deep in DEC. If you are familiar with
MLisp, it shouldn't take more than 1/2 hour to modify it for any terminal's
keypad. Since it has escape sequences in the source, it would be bad
manners to post it on net.sources but I will send it to whoever requests
it through Unix mail
