Lines: 11 You might have run into the same problem I did: the mpxcode replacment stuff for 4.2 that I posted long ago had a bug under 4.2 (which, not having 4.2, I couldn't test...). Change the definition of "p_pid" and "p_grp" in mchan.h (under #ifdef BSD41c) from "short" to "int", and Emacs will stop killing itself.
