Why don't you learn to masturbate (in a literal sense) so that
you would have a better means of releasing your frustration?
Don't worry about your religious convictions about "spilling seed".
In your case, I'm sure it would be looked upon as a benefit to
humankind as a whole.  Calling something "pseudo-philosophy" would
mean that it in some way resembled philosophy.  Need I say more?
