Hey, Rich, it looks like Arndt is getting jealous because he can't find

By the way, Ken, if you haven't heard from me it's because you've chosen to
ignore anything I've written or posted.  Come on, Ken, you're just being
pigheaded.  I couldn't cure that if I were talking to you face to face; I
sure as hell can't cure it over the net.  And if you're expecting to see
postings from people, you might allow enough time for them to propagate
through the net.  Be cool, fool.
