If there is a "lost wanderer" here, it is because someone didn't give the proper training and documentation to the wanderer. I think it is irresponsible to tell someone to: "try using netnews - if you want to post something, type postnews." When I show someone how to use netnews, I give out the "howto" and etiquette documents, and tell the person to let me be there when they post their first article. The person who told the wanderer of the existence of netnews should take the responsibility for training the wanderer.
