As an added bonus, private and other spurious out{put,bursts} are allowed or tolerated. This right must be considered to be granted to all of those involved, and no selective censorship should be tolerated. If one ( or more ) abuse their privileges in such a manner that those footing the bills are disenchanted enough to want to revoke the privileges, then so be it! But for ALL involved.
