I have posted the source and documentation for ve(6) to net.sources.

Ve is a screen oriented empire tool that takes census, map, etc.
report files as input and displays the map on the screen and
status information at the bottom.  You can save commands, make macros
and other nice things.

Sorry for the delay between the initial announcement and mailing it
out - I wanted to write the documentation and clean up the code a little.

I would appreciate all suggestions/criticisms etc.
