Last fall, I hired someone to thtch and seed. He ripped me off. I Am hand thatching dead spots now a little each day - actually very relaxing & good excercise - but I don't know what to do with the bald spots at this time of year. Whole center of my backyard - Chemlawn told me thatcher planted cheap rye grass while most of lawn is bluegrass - is bald. I am totally frustrated. Have hired lawn doctor one tear, chemlawn , college kids, charming old men , garden services - seems like I.m throwing my money away. I haven't seen any advertisements for miracle zoysa grass this year - although I'm willing to try it. Advice is welcome - PLEASE! Judah
