I am gathering information on single-user intelligent workstations - the sort
that supply hi-res graphics, etc - since they appear to be the workhorse of
the future. The only one I have used is the PERQ1, but I know there are others
on the market (BLIT, SUN, XEROX*, etc).
If you have heard of *any* standalone workstations (particularly if they can
run UN*X, or are user-microprogrammable) could you netmail me or snail-mail
me with info. or pointers to info.
If I get sufficient response, I will summarise and post.
