armed forces day, may 19 and 20, marks the 35th anniversary  of
these  communications  tests  between amateurs and the military
communications system.  amateurs may  make  crossband  contacts
with  specified  army, air force, navy and coast guard stations
between 1300z may 19 and 0245z may 20.  the cw  receiving  test
will  begin  at  0300z  may  20,  with  the rtty receiving test
