to all radio amateurs bt

the 1984  world  communications  day  contest,  phone  and  cw,
sponsored  by  labre,  the iaru society of brazil, will be from
0000z may 19 until 2400z may 20.  160 through 10 meters may  be
used.   entry categories are single operator single transmitter
all bands, multi operator single  transmitter  all  bands,  and
club   competition.  stations  may  be  worked once  per  band,
exchanging signal report and itu zone.  your own country may be
contacted for zone credit but not for qso points.  for contacts
between different  continents,  count  2  points  for  10/15/20
meters  and  4  points  for  40/80/160  meters.   for different
countries on the same continent,  count  1  point  on  10/15/20
meters and 2 points on 40/80/160 meters   the multiplier is the
sum of the number of itu zones worked on  each  band.   keep  a
separate  log  for  each  band/mode,  remove  dupes,  include a
summary sheet, and mail your entry to,

entries must be postmarked by july 31.  include an s.a.e. and 5
