UoSAT-Oscar-11 was successfully commanded on for the first time in
over two months this morning from Surrey. It was heard from KA9Q
on the first pass this morning on 145.825 with very good signals.
Initial analysis of telemetry shows everything to be in pretty good
condition!

Phil
