Has anyone heard of this? Is Mass really trying to step on the FCC again?? (They once tried to separately license CB for use in cars! Don't snicker, if they could have gotten away with it, how long do you think mobile Ham operations would be safe?) Is this a fantasy or just another example of M*SSHOLE government? mikey KA5MJQ
