HELP!

Could anyone in New Jersey tell what frequency the Millburn, NJ police
operate on. They were in the low vhf band but from the new 18" whip it
looks like they moved to the high vhf band. I've been scanning the band
for four days with no luck.

Also, I'm new to this new hobby of monitoring and would like to know if there
are any clubs, journals, etc...
